During Ken's (Affectionately known as 'Kenny') time in the south of France he enjoyed the delicious fish and salads on offer, but he felt the dressing could be better. So instead of searching for the perfect dressing, he made his own!

Kenny's secret recipe lives on through his wife Moira, who continues to make his dressing for family & friends, as well as his son and daughter Mark & Karen, who mostly just enjoy it.
